Through our patented production process, AMPCO® M4 has mechanical properties far beyond the range of conventional commercial nickel-aluminium bronzes. The increase in the Al and Fe content in the alloy results in a material in which the hard gamma 2 phase is present. By expert metallurgical control, this hard constituent is uniformly distributed giving the alloy its unique performance qualities and the ability to resist wear.

AMPCO® 45 is a uniquely superior high-strength alloy. This is due to the alloy’s special manufacturing process, resulting in unique performance properties where minimum hardness is not applicable, as long as the requirements for tensile are met.

AMPCO® 26 is a patented, hard-grade alloy that’s been engineered to provide exceptional results in a range of specific applications under extremely demanding conditions.

AMPCO® 25 is a patented and extremely hard-grade performance alloy with exceptional mechanical properties, ideally suited for efficient production.. Based on nil material elongation, thin sections of the alloy should be avoided and well backed-up.

AMPCO® 22 is a duplex structure alloy made up of approximately 50% in each phase – gamma 2 and beta., giving the alloy unique and unrivalled performance properties. Based on low material elongation, thin sections of the alloy should be avoided or treated with great care.

AMPCO® 18.136 is tailor-made and specifically heat-treated to increase impact resistance by 40% and elastic limit compression by 10%, without affecting tensile strength. The result is a uniquely versatile, uniquely durable performance alloy.

AMPCO® 18.23 is the ultimate in high-strength bronze, performing exceptionally well under heavy loads and impact conditions. Its unique heat treatment enables greater toughness and the highest possible resistance to distortion.

AMPCO® 18.22 is a higher, ultimate strength alloy compared to AMPCO® 18. It’s produced through varying heat treatment and is refined from the metal’s characteristic duplex structure. The result is a superior yield, superior strength and superior hardness metal.
